If you're looking for a career that offers hands-on experience, job training, higher and increasing wages, health insurance, better working conditions, more job security, and no college debt from loans, consider an investment career as a skilled apprentice. According to recent research, 18-20-year-olds are opting out of college at a high rate, primarily due to the expense of a college education and a college degree that are no longer worth pursuing. Education opportunities in apprenticeships are enormous, choose from a list of top-paying jobs, such as construction, electronic repairers, engineers, sheet-metal, welders, healthcare services, home services, computer-controlled machines, commercial and residential lawn services, culinary, and many more jobs available for you to see at www.apprenticeship.gov.
What is the SAVE Plan? The SAVE Plan is about Saving on a Valuable Education. The SAVE Plan offers lower monthly loan payments by calculating your monthly payment amount based on your income and family size. In addition, the SAVE Plan has unique benefits that will lower payments for many borrowers. For example, if you make your full monthly payment, but it is not enough to cover the accrued monthly interest, the government covers the rest of the interest that accrued that month. This means that the SAVE Plan prevents your balance from growing due to unpaid interest. See more at studentaid.gov./Save-Plan.
